Election of the substitute member representing employees in the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby notifies the public that at its session held on 2 June 2022 Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., elected Rok Pleteršek as the substitute member representing employees in the company’s Supervisory Board. His term will end together with other employee representative’s term on 14 November 2025. Rok Pleteršek was appointed as substitute member to replace Jana Žižek Kuhar. On 11 May 2022 the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., was informed of the resignation of the Supervisory Board member, employee representative Jana Žižek Kuhar. Her's resignation comes into effect on the date a new Supervisory Board member, employee representative, is appointed.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years.
